As an associate in the investment banking group of the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC), I worked on over 40 financial advisory mandates ranging from mergers & acquisitions to capital raises. Concurrently, I had the rewarding experience to lead the turnaround of a provincial non-profit initiative and to manage a great team of 50 volunteers that turned a vision into reality and thereby created a North American first: the Angel Investors Challenge.
Prior to joining CIBC, I worked at Deloitte Consulting on corporate strategy, corporate restructuring, market analysis, commercial due diligence, and regional economic development mandates. Furthermore, prior to my involvement with Deloitte Consulting, I was part of ING Group’s investment banking team in Frankfurt, Germany, and was an analyst in mergers and acquisitions.
I have a Bachelor of Business Administration from HEC Montreal where I majored in Finance, received four scholarships, and graduated with the Mercure Distinction. I also consecutively passed all 3 levels of the Chartered Financial Analyst Program and I am a CFA Charterholder.
